The complex consists of 324 apartments for rent in a 22 story building with an integrated parking structure. Adjacent to the complex is a Publix Supermarket that opened in August of 2019. On the other side a community park named Madison Park has been finalized mid 2020. After occupancy stabilization the project was sold in November 2021.
