This proposed 35 story tower with 61 exclusive residential condominiums is located in close proximity to the Florida Aquarium, the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute and the thriving Water Street area.

The construction plans are finalized and the permit is ready to be picked up. Given the volatility in the construction costs this project is being put on hold at this moment until market conditions are more stabilized.
